Hello! I’m glad you are here. My name is Amina and I am the owner and baker at Veeyon Cakes. I have always enjoyed baking and cooking. Due to my interest in baking, while preparing for my bar exams in 2018, I started baking to relieve studying stress. To perfect my skills, I reached out to a few friends to make their kids’ birthday cakes for them. Two years later, Veeyon Cakes was born. I am a self-taught home baker and a registered cottage food producer in the state of Minnesota. I reside in Eden Prairie with my husband and two adorable boys who also double as my taste testers
